It Works!!,
I’m very pleased with this product. Not only was it delivered on time, but it really works. The only thing that I do is go for walks and I wind up losing about 5 pounds a week. My diet and daily routine does not change; I even sit behind a desk all day. I always eat 30 minutes to an hour after taking the pills, so that I don’t get a stomach ache because it is very strong. There is quite a bit of caffeine, so I get a little jittery, but I enjoy that feeling.

Made my heart skip a few beats but that was only the first 5 days, and quite rare. Believe that you will feel these things.
I don’t weigh myself, I find it makes me settle for numbers and not physical results, but I dropped 4 inches with little more exercise than walking ~4 miles every other day. This product suppresses hunger to the point where I was throwing away half my meals the entire 20 days I was on it.
I only used the single bottle, I’m currently taking an early hiatus but intend to start a full 8 weeks in the next month.

I was diagnosed with delayed gastric emptying a few years ago which keeps me from being able to lose weight unless I am always on a high protein diet like Atkins. My metabolism is really slow, and I felt sluggish all the time. I started taking these and in a few days I noticed that I didn’t feel as tired, and my appetite was decreased. I have already lost a few pounds and I am glad to have finally found something that helps my digestion. Inexpensive too!
