I have just finished with my first bottle of Sweet Sweat and I am very impressed with the results. I have lost 2 inches from my waist and about 1 1/2 from my thighs. I just ordered another bottle because now I can’t even imagine working out without it. Do not get discouraged if you do not sweat at first, it took about a week for my body to start getting a good sweat.

It is excellent if you use this product once a day before walking or running. Apply just little cream all over your belly and wrap the area with microwave plastic, and take away plastic when you feel sweaty and clean your skin with a dry cloth.

|The fastest weight cut of my life!!!!,
I am a MMA fighter and several UFC fighters that I train with have been telling me to try Sweet Sweat for a few months now. I finally tried it for my last fight and I’m not the type of person to write reviews but this product is AMAZING!! I had to cut 10 lbs. for my weigh-in and it usually takes me around 3 hours doing cardio and sauna. I was able to make weight in just under a hour!!! I couldn’t believe it. Sweet Sweat was so huge because I had more energy for my fight. From now on I will always train with Sweet Sweat!
