Excellent product! My target was to loss 15 pounds with the program but I lost 11 pounds after I completed the 21-day purification program. If you are looking to cleanse your organs and flush out all the toxins that are built up in your body over your life span then this is the cleanse you want.
It will take all of your major organs through the whole detoxification process. Some products only take you through partially and leave your body in a worse state than it was when you started.
I took the cleanse in 2006 and lost a total of 40 pounds. 20 the first week and 10 the second and 10 the last week. You have to follow the instructions to the Tee. If you fudge at all it can really alter your results. Also drink lots of water. I believe I drank about 2 gallons a day. Do this and you will feel better and more fit than you probably have ever felt. Blessings!
