I started on this product about a week ago and have already lost 5 pounds! I think this product is great, I haven’t changed my eating habits and I have noticed it has cut down on my afternoon cravings which is always been a problem with me and I can eat a small dinner and be satisfied. Overall I like the product and will continue to see if I lose more weight for the rest of the month. The only con I have about this product is that I have high blood pressure and some days I do feel like it raises it a bit but not badly. Also I don’t have a hard time falling asleep but it seems I only get about 6 hours a night of good sleep but that could just be my age creeping up on me! LOL

Ok so I bought this couple of months ago. I am very skeptical as I have tried just about everything out there and nothing did the trick. So I decided to try the African mango combined with Acay Fat burn and oolong tea.
I want to make sure I clarify the usage from my experience and as I use it – The recommend daily dose is 3 or 4 pills. I would not recommend!!
I take ONE African mango, ONE Acay, and ONE multivitamin first thing in the morning. I don’t have breakfast as I don’t have time. When I get to work I make myself a double mug size of tea. The first day I realized at about 7PM that I haven’t touched food all day. That’s not good but you will forget hunger. So at 7PM I made myself a salad. Conclusion – one Acay and one African Mango combination cuts the appetite to an extreme but I don’t recommend anyone goes without eating as this approach can do more damage in the long run. The other warning – once you start eating you might feel `unsatisfied’ and be tempted to keep going – maybe that is why so mnay people felt this pill did not help. I made myself a normal salad size and then I felt I wanted something else or something more. I gave it about 20 minutes and realized I was Ok – I no longer wanted anything else. So listen to your body – but give it time to send the message. At the end of the day I am HAPPY!! I finally fit in size 12 (my daughter suggested I try size 10) from size 16. I don’t know what that means in pounds but I am floored I got to almost fit in my size before I got married, before I had 2 kids – my size about 25 years ago!!
There are no miracles out there – so I wonder what happens when I’ll stop taking this stuff but so far I have no intention to stop I just added a light lunch to my daily routine – so I have a light soup and a salad for dinner and that’s about it. Yes I have a gym membership but never have to time to go – I think I should because I fit in a size 12 but the extra skin / flab needs work-out.. Yesterday my daughter said she wants to try my combination since I was raving about it – I don’t think she needs to lose weight – but she was skeptical of my raving so she took one African mango and one Acay in the morning – By 6PM she told me `this stuff is amazing – I forgot to eat – it’s 6PM and I am not hungry. So I prompto took her out for dinner and couple of beers (it was mother’s day) we had fun. This stuff works – Use it wisely – I for one feel full of life and much younger than my age
