This shake is one of the best tasting I’ve had!!! Very good if you mix in with Grapefruit Perrier and on ice….like a chocolate soda!!! YUM!!!! I’ve lost 57 lbs so far and this is a great meal replacement or just a treat if you want something sweet without the all the sugar!

I was introduced to this when doing the HCG diet as a protien and nutrient supplement. It is water based and the taste is fantastic. The directions call for 2 scoops with 8oz, but I can use 12oz with 2 scoops and get a great chocolate taste. I use the product as a morning meal supplement and to get some of the protein I am missing, but I don’t want the bulking factor many of the other protein shakes give. It’s a little on the pricey side, but it’s one of the best on the market.

I am on the HCG diet and these work for me. I use only one scoop and about 8 oz of water and still love them. I have two 1 scoop servings per day instead of one two scoop serving. Have lost 60 lbs so far and still losing. I have 8 bottles of this stuff in my pantry because I use it to make hot chocolate, I use it for baking, I use it to make chocolate delight candies. I use it to make my Fage– chocolate fage
