I bought these from Dollar Tree for a dollar. They taste good, has a very strong berry flavor. There are three tiny chewable pills in each little section and your supposed to take these about an hour before you eat w/ 8 oz. of water. My appetite was suppressed for a short while, meaning that I didn’t have the usual strong urge to eat something, which I have ALL day usually. My hunger didn’t disappear, i still finished my usual meals, but did seem to eat a little less than i usually do (didn’t go back for thirds), maybe the placebo effect, not really sure but for how cheap it is i don’t mind an effective placebo lol. I didn’t notice any side effects of any kind.

|Inexpensive and effective Weight Loss Supplement,
Most Diet products are expensive and questionably effective. These diet Dots will kill the appetite. They are easy to take. The big selling point…you can get a week supply for less than the cost of a Happy Meal. I am on a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD), and I needed something to help me through the first week. I could have bought many products that were 10X and 20X more expensive than this…but I can’t imagine it being more effective in appetite suppressing.
I really can’t testify that it gave me MORE energy…but I can say that I am not tired.
Does it increase your metabolism? I don’t know about that, either. On any VLCD, weight will come off–so I really can’t attribut that to the Diet Dots.
But I do give it a high recommendation, because it kills the apetitite within about 10-15 minutes.

I just started a diet and anything will help well these little pills did it took a few days to get used to but they do work!
