Great! But dont depend on it!,
I use this, creatin, and whey protein, of course with a work out plan. its works great to counter act the creatin and protein weight gain by losing fat. (the creatin and protein gains muscle, and of course muscle weights more than fat)
I was able to lose 6 pounds within 6 days by running 5 miles a day and working out. within a month i was getting leaner in a lot of places and im hoping in another couple months ill see some nice cut muscle.
But of course there is a down side.
Drink alot of water. i need to drink about 20 bottles of the average size water bottle or else i dont feel right. but hey its good to drink water. (it recommend 8, but im also taking other supplements.)

i’m not a big girl..i just wanted to lose a few pounds and this definitely helped! i lost a total of about 10 pounds with the entire bottle and it was exactly what i wanted. at first it did make me sort of an insomniac but after a couple days it is much easier to sleep. also, the pills do not smell pleasant and they did make me a bit constipated. overall i loved the product and the energy it gave me!
